I don’t love Ralph. Honestly, a bunch of cast members annoy me from time to time (artie lange especially haha) but I think Ralph contributes to the show and should be on the show.
He has that “i dont give a shit” perspective which is good but even better – he is an insider. We don’t need insight from someone who doesn’t hang with Howard or the gang – we need people like Ralph who is there behind the scenes.
We gotta trust Howard’s barometer and hope he limits Ralph calls if Ralph does get stale.

GREAT POINT! Ralph is that guy who chimes in to make the conversation more interesting. However, I can see how he annoys the shit out them too.

To be honest, he sounds like a good guy. I’m just glad he doesn’t have the Friday show anymore. He’s at his best when he makes brash comments, not when he tries to have a personality and be a comedian. That’s when he gets into trouble.
